Have you always seen the extravagant hats at the Kentucky Derby and wished you had one? Well, we may not get to that level, but we'll decorate festive, spring hats you can use for all your spring outfits. 

Class is Wednesday, April 22nd at 6:00 pm. There is no fee, but sign up is required. Call or stop at the library to reserve your seat.
